Distance Reiki 30 mins £15
Reiki is a gentle healing technique that treats the whole of a person, mind, body, emotions and spirit. Our bodies contain energy centres called chakras. When the chakras are open, clear and aligned, energy can flow freely through them. Reiki helps to balance and clear any blockages which enables a more even flow of energy around the body, bringing harmony, peace and calmness.
Distance Reiki works in the same way as 'Hands on Reiki' but is sent remotely. The effects are the same and feedback is given afterwards.
The History of Reiki
The practice of Reiki is an original method of healing developed by Mikao Usui in Japan early in the 20th Century. Reiki, pronounced “ray-key” is a system of healing energy, which works on every level, the mind, body and spirit.
Eastern medicine has always recognised and worked with this energy, which flows through all living things and is vital to well-being. It is known as “Ki” in Japan, “Chi” in China and “Prana” in India. Acupuncture, Tai Chi and Yoga are also based on the free flow of this energy in a person.
When this energy becomes disrupted or blocked, it is believed that stress and disease could follow.
How Reiki works
At Tsuki Reiki, I love Reiki for the positive effects it has had upon my life and those of my clients.
Reiki is safe and natural and can be used in confidence alongside orthodox treatments. It is an holistic way of treating many acute and chronic conditions and brings about a mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.
Health issues which it can help with include;
Strengthening the immune system
Increased sense of well-being and happiness
We live in a world of energy that nourishes and maintains all living things. When this energy becomes blocked or disrupted, physical and mental symptoms can occur, including anxiety, stress and a weakened immune system. When this energy flows uninterrupted there is a balance and harmony within and around us which leads us to experience a sense of well-being. Regular Reiki sessions can help maintain a better sense of well-being and peace of mind, enabling you to cope better with life’s challenges.
